Acceptance and binding effect
By creating an account, accessing the platform or using Deep Agents resources, the user acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Use and to the applicable Privacy Policy.
Permitted use
The platform must be used only for lawful, business-related purposes compatible with the contracted operation, while respecting technical limits, security rules and applicable law.
Customer responsibilities
The customer is responsible for defining access, reviewing submitted content, protecting credentials, observing internal compliance rules and ensuring the processed data has a lawful basis for processing.
Availability and evolution
Deep Agents may evolve features, interfaces, integrations and operational controls to improve security, performance, governance and service continuity.
Usage restrictions
It is not permitted to use the platform for fraud, abuse, unauthorized access attempts, violation of third-party rights, unlawful content submission or any operation that compromises the security, stability or compliance of the environment.
Limitations of liability
Deep Agents operates as a software and observability infrastructure for AI operations. Results produced by agents, automated workflows and generated content must be reviewed by the customer according to the criticality of the use case.
